The fee for BPS 17 or above challan is Rs. 2000.

- The completed application must be mailed to the office of the Deputy Registrar (Admin & Coord), University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore, by August 28, 2023, during business hours (in-person applications will not be accepted).
